I am not a machinist, but enjoy watching good machinists at work. As said previously I have been watching you Joe and you do fabulous job explaining and teaching. Now after watching you it is killing me to see people make things so hard at times which would be me also. Lol I'm a retired auto / diesel tech and have watched it in my field also and until you learn it from someone sometimes it just happens. Keep up the good work Joe. Have a great day.

Looks awesome. You get a really cool ‘sleek technical style’ about your products. I like it. This new one looks fantastic as does my favourite, the dual light & camera ‘sled’ .Don’t know it’s name but it’s Sweet!

Hey, this is unrelated, but if you were making a simple can or plastic shredder, would two counter rotating driven shafts with keyed solid cylinders (discs) alternately overlapping from the two shafts be a good way to go?

    Cheers. M

Joe, I own a shop in Stephenville, Tx building custom firearms. I’ve been a fan of your channel for quite a while and I am down in your area quite a bit. Anyways, if you ever have time through email or in person I’d like to pick your brain about a couple of things. Love the videos; take care.

It's a beautiful design and very slick looking. Do you make ALL the parts in your shop or are some come from elsewhere? Really nice looking piece.

Joe I just came across your videos in the last few days and man I just want to say awesome. You could be a teacher anywhere. I am a auto/diesel tech retired and here lately been watching a lot of stuff on using especially a lathe and your stuff is awesome. It is apparent you have worked in doing some outstanding stuff for whomever. Love what you do

don't think you have to be a diver to use it that'd be good for having a look under the sail boat for growth. mounted to a piece of aluminum tube or just see whats growing under the float dock bet ya there's a whole reef under there I think that's really cool

Nice product. That's a very satisfying "click" as the bracket slide into position.

    very nice equipment there,,,

  16. TommyGun Machining says

    Very sleek looking design
Though I wonder if an angled pistol grip would make it even more comfortable

What about a knuckle duster handle incase a shark comes ?

  18. Paul Ste. Marie says

Nice. The indexing pin seems like overkill, though. Radial ridges on the two sides, similar to the ones in a Nord Lock washer would require less unscrewing to change the angle, and more potential angles to set the arm at.

Cutting the ridges should be straightforward with a 90° drill mill. A little bit of trig and a spreadsheet ought to handle it if your CAM doesn't.

Nice products. You should do some underwater videos. Just an idea…

Very neat.. how do you polish your delrin? Or is that a straight off the machine finish?

  23. Denny Skerb says

Hey Joe, are these the products you dedicate that machine shop for?

  24. Michael E says

Hi Joe, nice equipment. Do they have tether straps, or safety cables? I'm not a diver, but if I was I would drop it and then bye bye go pro. 🙁 lol

Hook'em from right down the road. As a machinist and avid diver, that is an awesome product and a very fair price. You do amazing work sir.

  28. rfcarlson1 says

Might need an alternate or accessory set of knobs to work it with 1/4" mitts. Maybe lever knobs.
