This instructional video demonstrates the uses of Dive Skins. Dive skins provide the best in warm water exposure. They are made from heavyweight 4-way stretch Lycra. Most dive skins are front zip and can be worn by itself in warm water or under another suit for added warmth.

Having learned to dive late in life I made up for it in my first year by clocking up 120+ open water dives in places from the UK to Australia.
