Having learned to dive late in life I made up for it in my first year by clocking up 120+ open water dives in places from the UK to Australia. Perfect…. The most important part is ascent holding the purge to prevent a uncontrollable ascent.

Why are the studensts supposed to learn this what can they use it for in their real dives?
