Scuba Diving at Norman Reef on The Great Barrier Reef

A group of excited divers enjoyed 4 days and 3 nights of scuba diving at Norman Reef on the outer Great Barrier Reef, accessible from Cairns, northern Queensland. The highlight was meeting “Wally” the world’s friendliest Maori Wrasse – he loves to kiss your hand and wiggles with joy! Plus there were sharks, turtles, giant trevally and so much more. Having learned to dive late in life I made up for it in my first year by clocking up 120+ open water dives in places from the UK to Australia.
